Lambretta Innocenti introduced this as their sporty model in the Li range the Li 150 Special and was marketed in the UK as the Pacemaker.
Produced between September 1963 – October 1966 this early bike was built in approx week 6 of production.
Comprehensive restoration
On arrival from Italy this bike under went a yearlong full restoration (anyone will tell you that you can’t rush a Lambretta rebuild) including sand blasting the frame and components to bare metal, etch priming and of course the beautiful 2 colour topcoat you see her in today.
The engine went through a full strip down and clean and was rebuilt to original spec with new Italian parts such as new chain, clutch, bearings, seals, sliding dog, piston and rings, gaskets and so on… Everything on this bike has been overhauled or renewed as necessary and the large amount of new parts sourced for this restoration came from reputed dealers such as:
Weston Scooter Parts – Revival Scooters - Scooter Restorations - Innocentis + more.
This Lambretta has a Vintage Scooter Club dating certificate and is Taxed, Mot’d & UK Registered with a period 1963 “A” registration and so is ready to ride and enjoy.
