Designed and manufactured at the Davida workshops near Liverpool in the UK, each helmet is individually
hand built to precise standards.

The manufacturing is carefully regulated to ensure that these helmets maintain the highest standards of quality control required by the ECE R22-05 safety standards.

Each stage of the manufacturing process receives meticulous attention to detail. Carefully selected hides are cut and sewn by hand to form the finely tailored interiors.

The smooth leather is generously padded and quilted to provide a superb level of comfort and an exceptionally quiet ride. Natural leather improves with age and gains that worn-in feeling unique to leather.

The distinctive range of designs and colours are inspired by the riders and street cultures of the past. Each helmet shell is individually hand masked and lacquered to a high finish.

All the helmets are made with fiberglass composite shells, incorporating double density liners to meet the latest European safety standards.
